2. Free Trials and Evaluations
If we offer a free trial or evaluation period, you will not be charged until the end of the trial. To avoid being billed, you must cancel before the trial expires through your account settings or by contacting us at support@fabla.xyz. Charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account dashboard, and access will continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time on an active subscription.
4. One-Time Purchases
Fees for one-time purchases, such as add-on credits or downloadable resources, are non-refundable once the product is delivered or the credits are made available, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if a chargeback is initiated and the dispute is resolved in our favour. To avoid disruptions, please work directly with us to resolve billing concerns.
8. EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom and purchase Services as a consumer, you may have additional rights under local law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services that have not yet been performed.
